Based on valuable feedback, we’ve upgraded the PCB design in the final product. The ultra-low latency mode is now set by default, meaning you no longer need to press FN+H to activate it. This improvement was made to all the current mass-produced versions.
If your user manual mentions activating ultra-low latency mode using FN+H, please disregard this instruction. We will remove this information from future versions of the manual.
How much shipping fees should I pay?
For standard shipping, we usually will charge as the chart below. We provide free standard shipments to most countries and regions for orders over $50 USD (Package weight ≤ 3kg). Please be aware that the $50 USD here refers to the total amount actually paid by a customer after applying any kind of discount coupon.
- Shipping rates for orders less than $50 USD (Package weight ≤ 3kg). DHL Expedited shipping is not available for P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, remote areas such as Alaska and Hawaii, and offshore addresses such as Puerto Rico and Guam.

When will my orders be shipped out?
Once your order is submitted and paid, the in-stock products will be shipped out within 2- 3 business days and upload the tracking number ASAP, for Pre-Orders/Group Buys please check the product page for a specific shipping date.
How long does it take to deliver my order?
Normally, the standard shipping will take about 8 - 15 business days except for a few remote areas. We provide an expedited shipping option for certain countries and areas which will add extra cost to your orders. Expedited shipping will be delivered by DHL, it normally will take 3 - 7 business days except for a few remote areas. For specific situations please consult us.

How do I track the shipping status of my orders?
We will upload the tracking number to your order once it is shipped and you can track the shipping status on Track My Order.
Do I have to pay import tax or customs fees?
Yes. Please be aware that VAT is included in your orders (excluding Europe) but there may be extra import duty or customs fees due to the policy of different countries. Please check the local regulation of customs duties first and customers need to take care of it by themselves.
Additional notice about shipping
This is the client’s responsibility to help for successful order delivery. There are several situations that the parcel will be returned to the shipping company’s country of origin warehouse:1. We will contact the client ASAP once we receive any notification from our shipping company that your parcel is stuck in the customs due to any custom clearance reasons. If the client does not provide any necessary information within 48 HOURS that is required by the customs (such as tax payment) in a timely manner. The parcel will be returned to the shipping company’s country of origin warehouse. If the client wants to re-ship the parcel, you may need to pay an additional fee (according to the bill from our shipping company). If you decided not to get the parcel at your own discretion, you may need to carry the burden for return shipping cost (according to the bill from our shipping company). We will refund retail price(not included extra shipping cost if paid when you placed your order) after the deduction of the return shipping cost.
2. We will contact the client ASAP once we receive any notification from our shipping company that either delivery address or phone number is incorrect. However, if the client does not reply to our inquiry promptly, it will lead to the failure of the parcel delivery. The client may need to carry the burden of additional cost for re-delivery.
3. After customer received the product, if it is not related to product quality problem and the customer wants to return the product, the customer needs to request it within 7 days upon product/parcel arrival, and the customer needs to cover the return shipping cost. Once we received the product in our warehouse, we will issue a refund for the product cost via Stripe.
4. If it appears as "Delivered" on courier's website (e.g.: DHL) for more than 1 (one) month, the delivery details on courier's website will be deleted. The courier will not provide any compensation to us for these order, that's why we can't provide any refund if the client does not inform us to investigate the parcel via email 1 (one) month after it has been "Delivered" on courier’s website.
5. To avoid return of shipment, customers are required to provide full name in the information form. The cost of the return will be the responsibility of the customers if the name in the form is incomplete.

Things I like for this keyboard
1) Full aluminum case, feels great, heavy, solid
2) Ball catch system for easy/rapid diassembly
3) Magnetic daughter board (no ribbon cables), again, very easy to take apart and put together
4) I liked the linear switches included (womier full pom grey). Felt smooth and the 55 g acuation force wasn't too heavy for me, and didn't feel too light.
The only issue I ran into was some connectivity issues when using the 2.4ghz dongle, it kept disconnecting randomly. This was resolved by using a usb cable extender to have the 2.4ghz dongle closer to the keyboard, there probably was some interference going on. Or keep the keyboard plugged in via usb cable. There were no issues with bluetooth connectivity. Once I had the dongle closer, there were no disconnects or issues and worked perfectly fine.
The RBG did not feel that bright, but not too big of a deal.
Overall, I felt like this is an amazing keyboard for the price. This really does allow a complete beginner to start dabling with custom keyboards. There were no wires to mess around with, and the ball catch system made it so easy to take apart and put back together. That along with the magentic daughter board made this a pleasure to open up and tinker with.
If you don't plan on taking it apart, changing the gaskets from dumbell to siclone sleeves and feeling how the typing feel is, or modifying it in any way, then perhaps getting an SK75 where it is not as easy to take a part could potentially be a better option. I found that I liked the softer feel of the dumbell gaskets more than the silcone sleeves after trying both styles out.
Get this keyboard if you plan to tinker with and enjoy or are curious with taking apart the keyboard, putting it back together, and experimenting with your keyboard preferences. 5/5 for me once I got rid of the connectivity issue.
I placed the order on 23rd October, received on 4th November, emailed the support team on 7th November, and reminder emails multiple times after not getting any feedback from the team for 4 days straight. There's issue with the connectivity, and I've included all the evidence, yet there is no reply. Suppose there is a 7-day policy for new replacement for a fault device (non-artificial), yet I felt like the support team intentionally drag the timeline for that. If we counted from the day I emailed the support team, I am still within the 7-day period, but if you count the days of the support team not responding, it is over 7 days. I expect at least a short reply that they are addressing the issue / trying to resolve it in any manner but that is not the case. Either I get a response on this issue, or probably this will be my first and last time supporting this brand. A bit disappointed on the support team because trust me, the keyboard feels good, and I really liked it firsthand, but the issue persisted, and I've given all the evidence needed.
The RD75 has a great value… it’s Heavy, with Bright RGB, nice Paint Job (Black), better looking than the photos Keycaps and decent Switches (Gray).
Only one switch was broken (you get 3 spear so it’s not an issue).
The usb cable is not coil but its ok… the biggest complaint I have is that the on/off switch under the caps lock key and not in a visible position…
Also I wish the PCB was not with flexcuts
100% worth it (beige switch) but be prepared to replace the switch right from the box. In my case the switch in the left 'shift' was damaged (a pin was bent). God bless there are three replacements in the box.
I bought this keyboard to finally get something nice. And wow it is really something nice. The switches are very smooth and the sound is angelic.
The only complaint I had is that the space bar came not at smooth as the keys leading to some choppiness when being pressed but after adding some lube all is well.
Overall it’s an amazing keyboard for the price and all the features; via support, build quality, connectivity make it a very solid product.
