Q: How should I charge my keyboard? Can I use a fast charger? 

A: To ensure the longevity of your keyboard and battery, please only use a computer's USB port to charge your keyboard.

Important: Do NOT use fast chargers, wall adapters, or charging bricks (e.g., phone chargers). Using high-voltage or fast-charging adapters can cause irreversible damage to the battery and the PCB (Printed Circuit Board).

Please note: Any battery or PCB damage resulting from the use of non-computer USB ports or fast chargers will void the warranty. Thank you for your understanding!
