Can I cancel my order?

Please send a email to as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order, once an order is shipped, we are unable to cancel it at this time.

How long does it take to process orders?

We process orders within 48 hours on weekdays.


We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. We also provide DHL expedited shipping option for certain countries and areas which will add extra cost to your orders.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Currently, we ship to countries and regions listed here: Check the list. Please consult if yours is not listed. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

DHL Expedited shipping is not available for P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, remote areas such as Alaska and Hawaii, and offshore addresses such as Puerto Rico and Guam.

How much shipping fees should I pay?

We provide free standard shipments to most countries and regions for orders over $50 USD (Package weight ≤ 3kg). Please be aware that the $50 USD here refers to the total amount actually paid by a customer after applying any kind of discount coupon. 

Standard shipping cost for orders less than $50 USD (Package weight ≤ 3kg)

  • FREE -  Ship to Japan, Australia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia
  • $3.99 USD - Ship to Brunei, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Taiwan, U.A.E.
  • $5.99 USD - Ship to countries and regions in North America, South America, and Europe
  • $9.99 USD - Ship to remote Areas (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Colombia, etc.)

We'll charge extra shipping fees if your package is more than 3KG, please contact for shipping fee calculation.

When will my orders be shipped out?

Once your order is placed, products in stock will be handled within 2- 3 business days, for Pre-orders/Group Buys, please check the product page for a specific shipping date. 

How do I track the shipping status of my orders?

We will upload the tracking number to your order once it is shipped and you can track the shipping status on Order Tracking.

Additional information needed for shipment
  • If you live in South Korea, please provide us with your Personal Customs Clearance Code. The personal code must match the person's name and phone number on the shipping details you filled out. If you have no idea what the personal customs clearance code is, please kindly check here
  • If you live in Taiwan, please provide us with your personal tax code number in the note (The number starts with an English character and 9 digits followed after). 
  • If you live in Brazil, the personal customs number or CPF is required for both free shipping and Expedited shipping. Please leave it at checkout.
  • Please fill in all the shipping information in English. We will email you if it requires the info in your language.

Returns & Warranty

7-Day Return & Refund Policy

Return requests of products purchased directly from can be accepted within 7 days after the product has been delivered.

To return a product, all items for return should be unused and maintain their original condition with all of the original packaging, parts, and accessories. The customer shall be responsible for and prepay all shipping charges and assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to Womier. 

Once the product is received and meets the requirements listed above, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment less the original shipping charge and 4% processing fee charged by Shopify. Please allow 15 business days for the refund to be processed. 

1-Year Warranty

We offer 1-year limited warranty services against defects in products and accessories. Warranty coverage begins at the time the consumer purchases the product and is non-transferable. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to claim the warranty. 

If the product has any performance or quality problem (non-artificial damage) within 7 days after the product has been delivered. Please contact us immidiately and we will send over a new replacement unit or issue a refund at the customer’s preference.
