 RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

 1. Order Cancellations If you have notified us of order cancellations before the product has been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the product has already been shipped out, you will have to return the product back to us at your own expense.

 2. 7-Day Return Policy (Buyer's Remorse) If it is not related to a product quality problem, and you simply want to return the product, you must request it within 7 days after the product has been delivered.

  • All items for return should be unused and maintain their original condition with all original packaging, parts, and accessories.
  • The customer shall be responsible for and prepay all return shipping charges. (We do not provide pre-paid return labels).
  • Once we receive the product in our warehouse, we will issue a refund for the product cost only. (Original shipping charges are non-refundable).

 3. Quality Issues & Received Wrong Item If the product has any performance or quality problem, or you received the wrong version, please email us at support@womierkeyboard.com within 7 days after delivery. Please provide an image/video of the product issue. We will send over a new replacement unit or issue a full refund at the customer’s preference.

 4. Refund Processing Time We offer a refund only once we have received the returned product. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

 1-Year Warranty

We offer 1-year limited warranty services against defects in products and accessories. Warranty coverage begins at the time the consumer purchases the product and is non-transferable. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to claim the warranty. 

If the product has any performance or quality problem (non-artificial damage) within 7 days after the product has been delivered. Please contact us immidiately and we will send over a new replacement unit or issue a refund at the customer’s preference.
