For standard shipping, we usually will charge as the chart below. We provide free standard shipments to most countries and regions for orders over $50 USD (Package weight ≤ 3kg). Please be aware that the $50 USD here refers to the total amount actually paid by a customer after applying any kind of discount coupon.

When will my orders be shipped out?
Once your order is submitted and paid, the in-stock products will be shipped out within 2- 3 business days, for Pre-Orders/Group Buys please check the product page for a specific shipping date.
How long does it take to deliver my order?
Normally, the standard shipping will take about 8 - 15 business days except for a few remote areas. We provide an expedited shipping option for certain countries and areas which will add extra cost to your orders. Expedited shipping will be delivered by DHL, it normally will take 3 - 7 business days except for a few remote areas. For specific situations please consult us.
How do I track the shipping status of my orders?
We will upload the tracking number to your order once it is shipped and you can track the shipping status on Track My Order.
Do I have to pay import tax or customs fees?
Yes. Please be aware that VAT is included in your orders (excluding Europe) but there may be extra import duty or customs fees due to the policy of different countries. Please check the local regulation of customs duties first and customers need to take care of it by themselves.

This was actually my second keyboard, but it felt like the first since the actual first didn't work (I had to send it back). I decided to order this one while I was waiting for the replacement of the first -- and it came very quickly. Setup was very easy, I was paranoid because of my first keyboard experience -- but everything went fine. At first the knob didn't seem to work, but after two days or so it started working randomly. I used box jade switches with coffee cat keycaps, and the sound was quite pleasing. Overall, it's a beautiful keyboard and it looks spectacular when you choose subtle RGB lighting that complements the brown acrylic (I used orange/yellow). My only complaint would be the software, which doesn't work on my Acer Chromebox -- although it might be possible with Linux/Wine.
